Sub-processors
Glacien uses a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver our services. All sub-processors are carefully selected and bound by strict data protection agreements:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), operating exclusively in EU regions including Frankfurt (Germany), Zurich (Switzerland), and Warsaw (Poland).
- Communication & Collaboration: Microsoft 365 for email and internal collaboration tools.
- AI & Machine Learning Services: Selected providers for AI model hosting and processing, all operating within EU data centers.
A complete and up-to-date list of sub-processors is available upon request. We notify clients of any changes to our sub-processor list in accordance with contractual obligations.
